GOV SIMON LALONG CONDOLES WITH THE NCPC BOSS OVER LOSS OF MOTHER
The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Rt Hon Simon Lalong has condoled the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, Rev Dr Yakubu Pam over the demise of her mother, Ngo Zimi Pam who passed on to glory on 15th January, 2022 at the Jos University Teaching Hospital, JUTH.

The Governor who was represented by the Deputy Governor of Plateau State, Prof Sonni Tyoden, arrived the residence of the NCPC boss at Rayfield Jos at about 2pm on Sunday, 23rd January, 2022 accompanied by some of the Commissioners.

The Deputy Governor said he was at the residence of the NCPC boss on behalf of the Executive Governor of Plateau State to sympathize with him on his loss.
In his condolence message he affirmed," as a man of God, you are fully conversant with the fact that it is God that gives and take life".

He further noted that they were proud of the good life the late Ngo Zimi Pam lived which is evident with the legacy she left behind in the person of the Executive Secretary of NCPC whom he said is a shining light both within and outside the country.

Prof Tyoden added," we cannot question God, we have to appreciate him in all circumstances", he said. He prayed that God would comfort him and the entire family.
In his response, the NCPC helmsman thanked the government of Plateau State for their love and concern shown to the family in this moment of their bereavement.

Rev Pam stressed that the first condolence message he received was from Governor Simon Lalong and that strengthened him. He described the Governor as a very proactive leader who identifies with his people especially in their moment of need. He prayed that the Lord would grant him success in leadership.

The NCPC Scribe also commended the Deputy Governor for his support and loyalty to the Governor of Plateau State.
He prayed that God would remember him and reward him in due season.
He hinted that the burial of her late mother would likely be in third week of next month.
