ES CONDOLENCE VISIT TO THE OYO'S FAMILY

The Executive of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Mr. John Kennedy Opara paid a condolence visit to Mr. Vincent Oyo, the husband of late Dame Oluremi Oyo in their Asokoro residence in Abuja.
 
In his letter of condolence to the family, Mr. Opara stated: “on behalf of my Family, Board, Management and Staff of the Nigerian Christian Commission, I commiserate with the Oyo family on the irreparable loss of their mother, auntie, sister and friend, Dame Oluremi Oyo”.  
 
The letter further stated: “Dame Oyo’s demise no doubt is tragic and very disturbing not only to her immediate family, but also to the entire Nigerian nation. We are however consoled by the fact that God Almighty has a purpose for her home calling”.
 
Also, in the condolence register in her residence, Mr. Opara stated that the soul of late Dame Oluremi Oyo should rest in peace in the Lord. He added: “we love you, but God loves you most”.
 
Late Dame Oluremi Oyo was the former Presidential spoke person to former President Olusegun Obasanjo and former Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)
 
She died on 1st October, 2014, at the age of 61.  She is survived by her husband Mr. Vincent Oyo and two Children.
